“Inspired by a dream the artist had after reading Catherine Ann Cullen’s poem, Buzzin' with Our Cousins this animation reflects how the artist imagines a bee sees and playfully navigates its world: the world through the surreal perspective of a bee. Through vibrant visuals and surreal imagery, the artwork invites viewers to see the world from a new angle, where ordinary objects take on surreal forms. With the film, the artist aims to highlight the beauty and wonder of nature. Music by AyoMax.”
